A licensed insolvency practitioner will attend your premises to give you and your staff a free update on all current insolvency options available to companies and individuals. The aim of the presentation is to provide:
- An overview of current Insolvency options.
- Confidence for you and your staff to project an informed manner when dealing with questions from clients.
- Familiarisation for you and your staff with insolvency terminology.

For example, they may say “my biggest customer has gone bankrupt”? Because insolvencies are at record highs, for both individuals and companies, this kind of query is increasing.
What do you answer ……..does it mean that the customer has gone into Liquidation, Administration, Receivership, Company Voluntary Arrangement, Individual; Voluntary Arrangement, Bankruptcy or simply ceased to trade? You will already be aware that the legal term “bankruptcy” cannot apply to companies!
